 Innovation, Future, and Territory

ChucaoTech, together with Sudvet and diio, was a key participant in the event “Innovate for the Future from the Territory,” organized by the Avonni National Innovation Award at INACAP Puerto Montt. The event brought together students, entrepreneurs, and representatives of the regional ecosystem to share how innovation is also growing from the south of Chile.

Tomás Bravo, co-founder of ChucaoTech, highlighted how living in the region enabled the development of nanobubble solutions for salmon farming and mining, emphasizing collaboration with local stakeholders as key to creating purposeful innovation.

The other finalists also shared their experiences: diio (Innovation in Digital Solutions and Services) aims to build global teams from the south, while Sudvet (Salmon Farming Biotechnology) promotes biodegradable solutions for salmon farming, integrating scientific, legal, and environmental knowledge.

The event reaffirmed that southern Chile is a natural laboratory for disruptive ideas, fostering connections between students, companies and institutions for future collaborations.
